Thank you for volunteering at Saint Patrick School! For the safety of our children, all volunteers must complete paperwork and attend a “Protecting God’s Children” Workshop prior to volunteering. This program only has to be completed once.

In order to be cleared for volunteering in the school, please do the following:

1. 1)Enroll in and attend a “Protecting God’s Children Workshop.” You may find course offerings at the Catholic Charities Website.
   

2. 2)Complete a criminal records release form - signed and notarized. The cost for the State and Diocese to complete this check is $7.50. Please make the check out to St. Patrick School.
   

3. 3)Read the Code and Policy Book - Sign and return the acknowledgement form found on the last page.
   

4. 4)Complete and return the Volunteer Screening Form.
   

5. 5)Provide a copy of the Protecting God’s Children Workshop certificate of completion to the school office.
   

All paperwork may be obtained at the St. Patrick School office.
